As a family and community minded business which employ and source materials locally our other passion is our continuous and enthusiastic support of local food banks.
Since we started just over three years ago the numbers using food banks have increased 140% at the start we, armed with a dedicated list of what they are short of each week initially used one of the mainstream supermarkets however with the increase in numbers now do the weekly shop at one of the well known better value chains which enables us to put more food on more tables.
If any of our customers past present or future would like to donate in anyway either a one off or continuous donation(s) we would be delighted to collect from either your home or workplace and also if requested share each weeks list of shortages (sent to us every Wednesday).
